Our non evasive irrigation installations come with your one year limited warranty + five year parts warranty, and includes your first spring start up and winterization for free! Broken lines or heads, diagnostics, yard flooding - whatever the issue may be, we are available to ensure you receive the best lawn care. Plus, you may save several hundred dollars through a service call vs purchasing a brand new system!

At the end of the fall season, we will do several items:

• Shut off water to system

• Ensure water is blown out of each line

• Connect air to vacuum breaker or within 3 feet before unit

• Drain boiler valve (if equipped)

• Inspect all shut off valves and “lockout” system for winter

Let us get your system ready to go for the hot weather!  This full system assessment includes:

• Turn water on to system

• Inspect the main shut off valve 

• Adjust sprinkler heads for maximum efficiency

• Adjust controller timing if requested

• Raise and lower heads if necessary, to increase performance and reduce likelihood of damage from vehicles, mowers, etc

This checkup follows the same procedure as a Spring Start Up and includes a flow test and gauge water coverage to ensure appropriate water use. Often times, our clients aren't sure if anything is wrong when sprinklers go off in the wee hours of the morning. Let us provide you the peace of mind that your irrigation is still running properly, no flooding or dry grass patches occur, and you're not overpaying on your water bill!
